The Bat Girls worked hard this season and have improved a great deal since we began – thanks to a lot of determination, teamwork, friendship, fantastic parents, and great coaching.

The girls achieved something most teams don't – they had a perfect regular season (11-0), going undefeated in league play. Their overall record was 18-2. In all 20 games we played, the Bat Girls scored 260 total runs and held our opponents to only 126 combined runs – that's a total of 13 runs per game for us and only allowing 6.3 runs per opponent.

But aside from the wins, we saw a drive in these young ladies, even when they were down, and the will to fight back and never quit. They brought an incredible energy, the desire to improve any chance they got, and they worked really hard every time.
